Registration
Please choose one of the registration options below and complete your registration and payment by 10 September 2026. Late registrations cannot be accepted.
Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation or transfers — participants are kindly asked to arrange these independently.

Languages
The working languages of the plenary sessions are English, French, and Spanish, with simultaneous interpretation provided.
Parallel sessions will be conducted in English and will not include simultaneous interpretation. However, if there is sufficient interest, individual parallel sessions may be organised entirely in French or Spanish.
Gala Dinner
A four-course served Gala Dinner is available at 95 € per person, with beverages included.
The number of seats is limited, so we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.
If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner, please select a registration option that includes the Gala Dinner.
You may include any comments or special dietary requirements in the notes section of the registration form.
Reduced Fees
- Scholars
If your submission under the Call for Papers has been accepted, you have already received a discount code for a reduced registration fee applicable to presenters. Please ensure that you complete your registration and payment by 30 April 2026. - Participants from Developing Countries
Participants from developing countries may apply for a registration fee reduction of up to 10%. Requests should be sent to prijave@planetgv.si. Approval is at the discretion of the organizer.
- Students
If you select a PhD, Bachelor’s or Master’s student registration fee, your registration will be confirmed only upon submission of a valid proof of enrollment. Please send the document to prijave@planetgv.si.

Final PhD Candidate
PhD candidates are entitled to a reduced registration fee, which includes:

Gala Dinner
The registration fee includes:
- Gala dinner (Thursday, 17 September 2026, 19:30, Grand Hotel Union Hall)

Payment Methods and Billing Information
Participants may select one of the following payment methods during registration:

Payment by Bank Transfer
A pro forma invoice will be issued within 5 working days. Payment must be settled within the deadline indicated on the invoice. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. The final invoice will be issued after the event.

Payment after Service (only government-funded entities)
This option is available to approved participants only. The invoice will be issued after the event. If required, please provide your purchase order number in advance (prijave@planetgv.si).

Credit / Debit Card
Payment is processed upon registration. A payment confirmation will be sent within 5 working days. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation. The final invoice will be issued after the event.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation before 31 August 2026, 10% of the fee will be retained.
For cancellations made on or after 1 September 2026, no refund will be issued.
The registration process is administered by Planet GV d.o.o., which will also issue the invoice for the registration fee.
