Interpretation Equipment (English): Participants who wish to use the simultaneous interpretation service during the plenary sessions (other sessions will not be interpreted) must bring their own headphones/earphones and a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Headphones/earphones will not be provided by the organizers. The simultaneous interpretation will be supported by artificial intelligence (AI).
Équipement d’interprétation (Français): Les participants qui souhaitent utiliser le service d’interprétation simultanée pendant les séances plénières (les autres séances ne seront pas interprétées) doivent apporter leurs propres écouteurs ou oreillettes ainsi qu’un smartphone, une tablette ou un ordinateur portable. Les écouteurs ou oreillettes ne seront pas fournis par les organisateurs. L’interprétation simultanée sera assurée avec le soutien de l’intelligence artificielle (IA).
Equipamiento para interpretación (Español): Los participantes que deseen utilizar el servicio de interpretación simultánea durante las sesiones plenarias (las demás sesiones no contarán con interpretación) deberán traer sus propios auriculares o audífonos, así como un teléfono inteligente, una tableta o un ordenador portátil. Los organizadores no proporcionarán auriculares ni audífonos. La interpretación simultánea contará con el apoyo de inteligencia artificial (IA).

Interpretation During Plenary Sessions
Simultaneous interpretation from English into Spanish and French will be available during the plenary sessions. The interpretation will be supported by artificial intelligence (AI).
If you require interpretation, please visit LiveVoice – Get started before the Congress and follow the instructions under “Listeners & Speakers”. On a phone or tablet, please download the LiveVoice app. On a computer, you can join directly in your browser – no download is required.
The access code will be provided on site before the plenary sessions begin. Please enter the access code and select your preferred language.
Please note that parallel sessions will be conducted principally in English and will not include interpretation.

Accommodation and Transportation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transportation.

Registration
All participants must be registered in advance via the Registration page.
Registration on site will take place in the lobby of the Faculty of Law.
Before arriving, please ensure that:
- you have completed your registration;
- you have received a registration confirmation by email;
- your registration fee has been paid.

Participants must present a valid form of identification (ID card, passport, university card, or another official photo ID).
Congress badges can only be collected during the registration hours listed above.
Congress Badge
Upon registration, participants will receive a congress badge.
The badge is personal and non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the congress. It is required for access to all congress activities and venues.
Gala Dinner
A four-course served Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday, 17 September 2026, at 19.30 at the Grand Hotel Union Eurostars (Miklošičeva cesta 1, 1000 Ljubljana).
Price: 95 € per person.
Please check your registration confirmation to see whether the Gala Dinner is included. If it is not, you may register separately on the Registration page.
Guests registered as a +1 for the Gala Dinner may collect their guest badge/pass at the registration desk during registration hours. Alternatively, the participant who registered the guest may collect the guest badge/pass on their behalf.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi will be available at the Faculty of Law. Login details will be provided on site.
Meals and Refreshments
Coffee breaks and lunches included in the congress programme will be provided to registered participants.
Ljubljana City Tour
A guided Ljubljana City Tour will take place on Saturday, 19 September 2026, from 09.00 to 12.00. Meeting point: Faculty of Law, Poljanski nasip 2, 1000 Ljubljana.
Price: 25 € per person.

Photography and Recording
Please note that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the congress and may be used for documentation, promotional and communication purposes related to the event.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent electronically to registered participants after the congress.
